
Shireen Guide, M.D. is a medical board-certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist and pediatric dermatologist. Dr.Guide graduated Summa Cum Laude from the George Washington University. She graduated from Stanford medical school and completed a clinical research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She went on to complete her internship in Internal Medicine at Stanford University. Dr. Guide specialized in Dermatology at the University of Texas at Southwestern, a prestigious dermatology training program. Most recently, she has completed subspecialty training in Pediatric Dermatology at UCSD. She has been involved in research for many years and more recently has contributed to studies on topical chemoprevention for basal cell carcinoma. Currently, she maintains privileges at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego and is actively involved in pediatric and adolescent dermatology.
Over the years, Dr. Guide has made it her priority to give back to the community. She has conducted free melanoma and skin cancer screenings, recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology. She has volunteered as a translator for the Smithsonian, and as a camp counselor for children with skin diseases.
Dr. Guide has authored numerous journal publications related to her research, as well as several chapters in prominent textbooks, including Fitzpatrick’s Dermatology in General Medicine 2003 (6th edition) and the Clinics of North America series. In addition, she has contributed to annual publications of the Dermatology Yearbook and continues to review articles for pediatric dermatology journals. She has presented at several conferences including the American Academy of Dermatology and San Diego’s 2011 Pediatric Dermatology for the Practitioner.

Dr. David Milstein
David Milstein, M.D. is a board certified surgeon through the American Board of Medical Specialties. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Milstein obtained his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences at Chicago Medical School. Dr. Milstein gained extensive training and experience in cosmetic, reconstructive and general surgery from residencies at St. Mary’s Hospital in San Francisco and White Memorial Hospital at Loma Linda University. Dr. Milstein serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of California, Los Angeles, Geffen School of Medicine, and attending surgeon at the Harbor UCLA Medical Center where he enjoys surgical teaching privileges. He has extensive training and experience in liposuction surgery, both with laser liposculpture, power assisted liposuction, and the Purelipo® technique. In addition, Dr. Milstein holds a concurrent fellowship in Liposculpture utilizing SA-BodySculpture and Purelipo® protocols.

Ramin Tayani, M.D. is a medical board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmic surgeon, specializing in orbital-facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Tayani attended the University of California, Irvine, where he double majored in Biology and Psychology. After receiving his medical degree at the University of California, Irvine, he obtained his master’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, in Health Policy and Management. Dr. Tayani completed an internship at Yale University, and, finally, his fellowship training at Harvard University. He has continued to participate in several preceptorship programs around the country with key members of the aesthetic community.
Dr.Tayani has been in practice since 2000, and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, California Medical Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and Orange County Medical Association. Dr. Tayani believes in offering personal, boutique-style medical care based on traditional family values.
